Ford moved from 7.77% in April to 6.97% in May.

Ford had the biggest drop in this May view, moving from 7.77% share in April to 6.97% in May.
Mercedes-Benz moved from 5.05% to 4.48%. Citroen moved from 2.14% to 1.63%.
Those are share changes, not a judgement on the cars.
Why it can happen
Registration timing, fleet deliveries and model availability can all move a brand up or down in a single month.
BYD and Omoda were also lower in May, while Jaecoo and MG moved the other way.
That is why the most useful view is the table, not a dramatic headline.
